I am a GCSE Maths, Further Maths tutor offering structured, supportive online lessons tailored to each student’s needs. In the first session, I carry out a diagnostic assessment to identify strengths and gaps across KS3 and GCSE topics, allowing me to create a clear, personalised plan for progress.

My lessons follow a consistent and effective structure: we begin with a short recap to reinforce prior learning, followed by clear, step-by-step explanations and worked examples. Students then practise questions with guidance before moving to independent work, where I provide targeted feedback and address any misunderstandings in detail. Each session also includes exam-style questions to build confidence and familiarity with mark schemes. I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, regularly incorporating past paper practice to improve timing, working out, and precision. During exam periods, this becomes a key focus, with increased exposure to full papers and more in-depth walkthroughs of challenging questions. I teach students of all abilities, whether they are aiming to build confidence or achieve top grades. My approach is patient, supportive, and completely non-judgemental; I take the time to ensure students fully understand each topic before moving on, helping them develop both confidence and independence in Maths.
