I am currently studying Special Needs Education and have a strong passion for teaching Basic Mathematics in a way that is inclusive, practicalm and confidence-build. My teaching style is warm, patient, and learner-centered. I believed that every students regardless of ability or background deserves to feel successful and supported in learning math.
In my sessions, I carefully adapt my methods to each student's needs. For instance, I use visuals, concrete objects, and step-by-step explanation for students who learn best with hands-on or visual learning style. I also incorporate real-life examples to make math meaningful and easier to relate to. I am particular mindful of learners with disabilities, and I use techniques that follow the principles of UNIVERSAL DESIGN FOR LEARING or UDL, so that no students feels left behind.
My lesson are structured, engaging, and interactive. I start by reviewing the student's current understanding, then we explore new concepts together in manageables steps. I encourage questions, celebrate small wins, reinforcement, and promote growth mindset where explaining students that mistakes are seen as a part of learning.
If you're looking for tutor who truly cares about progress and knows how to teach with patience, creativity, and heart. I'd be happy to support your learning journey in Basic Mathematics.
