All sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can train from the comfort of your home or office, with no need for gym equipment (unless you have it!).

Here’s what a typical session looks like:

Warm-up: Gentle mobility to prep your body
Main workout: Strength, fat-burning, or functional training tailored to your goals
Cool-down: Stretching and breathing to recover and reset
Progress tracking: We monitor your improvement week by week
Support: I provide tips, motivation, and can offer nutrition guidance if needed
Each lesson is 100% customized to your fitness level, time availability, and lifestyle. Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, gain strength, improve energy, or simply feel better day-to-day, I’ll guide you with a clear plan and ongoing encouragement.

I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience, and I’ve helped dozens of clients build consistency and confidence — even with very limited time or zero gym experience.
