I offer life coaching, counselling and holistic approaches including breath and mindfullness techniques to help you navigate your way through any difficulties you may experience that may affect your studies and beyond. I can help you find solutions and direct you. I can speak to you via web cam, over messages or on the phone. I will offer support during difficult periods. I will give you taylored guidance packages and out of hours contact when needed during difficult moments during exam periods etc.
Life can be a hard place to navigate and when you are pressured and trying to learn or hit deadlines,it can become extremely stressful. I can help you keep your energy levels up and your stress levels down. Find ways to cope with outside interferences and responsibilities, most importantly I offer you a non judgemental, safe environment to talk and release your emotions, worries and frustrations.
I can teach you how to use body movement to improve your sleep patterns and I can advise you on what foods to eat and avoid to facilitate your brain and body during intense studying periods.

I am a fully DBS checked, qualified in safegaurding . I am a Yoga practioner and martial Artist, I practice Wado Ryu, Qi Gong and Kung Fu
