Kirsty Williams

I began tutoring in high school, starting with STEM subjects including maths, biology and chemsitry. I loved teaching so much I went on to teach in a primary and secondary school in Ghana for one year. It was here I became qualified as a TEFOL teach (teaching english as a foreign language). It was also in Ghana where I became a very creative and dynamic teached as I had to learn how to teach computing without a computer!
I always adapt my lessons to my student, whatever learning style best suits you, I will cator for. Weather you are a visual, audio, or creative learner I will plan my lessons appropritaley. We will have a discussion from day 1 so I can get an idea of your learning style and we can adapt this along the way.
I have been in academia all my life as after school I studied Biomedical Science with Pharmacology at University and now I am a PhD candiate. Thus I love learning and sharing my knowledge with other people. Along my academic journey I have had some amazing tutees and I want to give back and help other learn as much as I learnt from my tutors!
