I have a Masters in Psychology and understand how challenging it can be as a student, “student life is easy” is not always relatable and I am here to help you through this time. I am here to help you navigate through the stressors of university life, stay motivated and reach your potential. I am here by your side, rooting for you!

The sessions will focus on the present and future. We focus on many aspects of being a student such as, goal-setting, confidence boosting, dissecting a big project into smaller manageable tasks. We can work through ways to develop particular skills you might be struggling with, for example Time Management, Stress Management. I can support your wellbeing where you can discuss any mental blocks you are experiencing, and we can find ways to work to overcome them.

I can also provide some support with Psychology-related workload, such as reading through essays, helping explain any areas of Psychology that you are struggling with. I have first-hand experience with ADHD and dyslexia so I understand the challenges faced but also how to use this to your advantage. We can tailor your sessions to any additional needs.

My goal is to improve your wellbeing, confidence, independence and to allow you to reach your fully academic potential.

In addition to this, I am a qualified yoga instructor so can also offer 1-1 online yoga classes which can be tailored to your wellbeing.
