Kim Leathem

I have over ten years of experience teaching in a Bilingual Classroom (English/Spanish) in both primary and secondary school, as well as working with adults who were English As a Second Language learners. In addition, I provided individual English as an Additional Language tuition to students in SouthEast Asia.

My strength is teaching speaking including developing conversation skills. As an American living in the United Kingdom I can reference the similarities and differences between both English dialects, including spelling and vocabulary.

Another significant area of my work has been working with students on homework and developing study skills, particularly in an additional language.

I can also support with Spanish language skills, either for leisure, GCSE or A-level or preparation to travel in Spanish speaking countries.
