Kimberley Collins

I am a qualified Modern Foreign Languages and Early Years Foundation Stage teacher. I have worked extensively in both Primary and Secondary Education and I thoroughly enjoy working in both stages. I love teaching languages and I am fluent in Spanish as well as being competent in speaking French. I have taught most subject areas and like to teach other subjects such as Humanities, Maths, Science and the Arts.
In my leisure time, I take great pleasure in practising my languages, travelling, walking, swimming, reading and being with my friends and family. I am a caring person who appreciates the pastoral side to teaching, as well as the as well as the academic. I have my own children in Year 1 and the EYFS stage of education, and I delight in teaching them and seeing their progress in English, Maths and Modern Foreign Languages, as well as extracurricular activities such as gymnastics and swimming. I am a confident teacher who takes pleasure in meeting new students and teachers.
Furthermore, I am a teacher who welcomes different challenges with regard to teaching and learning. I am consistent in my approach to teaching in Primary and Secondary Education. I look forward to working in new environments and online, in addition to the current schools where I have already established a good rapport.
