My teaching strategy for teaching English language and literature to students via online classes will be centered around creating a dynamic and interactive learning experience. The lessons will be designed to be engaging and student-centered, with a focus on building confidence and fluency in the language.

The format of the lessons will consist of a mix of whole class instruction, small group work, and individual activities. Each lesson will begin with a short review of previous material, followed by the introduction of new concepts or language structures. I will use a variety of teaching methods, such as real-life examples, role-plays, and interactive activities to make the material more relatable and engaging for the students.

The content of the lessons will focus on the four key language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The students will be exposed to a wide range of texts, including literature, news articles, and authentic materials, to develop their reading and comprehension skills. The listening and speaking skills will be developed through a variety of activities, such as discussions, debates, and presentations. The writing skills will be developed through a range of activities, such as creative writing, formal letter writing, and essay writing.

To evaluate the students' progress, I will use a variety of assessment methods, such as quizzes, tests, and written assignments. I will also provide regular feedback to the students, both during and after the lessons, to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses and to guide them in their learning journey.

I will also use technology, such as interactive whiteboards, screen-sharing, and breakout rooms, to create a more engaging and interactive learning experience for the students. I will also set up regular office hours for one-on-one support and to answer any questions the students may have.
