Lesson structure:
I want to be as organised as possible so I can plan future lessons and strategize how your child can ace their studies. If your child has any previous test papers or mock papers or any RAG sheets (Red Amber Green evaluation sheets), I would strongly advise them to bring that to our session.

If your child is a student who truly despises maths, we'll pick a topic they struggle in and figure out its importance in the real world.
We'll first conquer the basics of the topic and understand the theory, then I'll pick questions that go from easy to hard and we'll end of with 3 exam style questions. Before the session is over, I'll encourage your child to make a flashcard or a simple diagram of how to tackle that type of question so you can refer to it during your revision.

Experience:
I struggled with pressure to be perfect with my studies and received extreme backlash from my parents whenever I'd bring home a bad grade. Moreover, I had teachers bringing my confidence down. If you feel like that also, I promise I will do everything in my power to bring back your confidence because they are extremely capable of getting the top grades in GCSE's or A Levels, all they need is a bit of confidence, a willing teacher, determination and practise!
