Kevin Sisodia

I am a former Assistant Lecturer and currently studying MSc Business Analytics. I also hold an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Business, giving me a strong background in mathematics, statistics, finance and analytical problem-solving.

My approach to teaching Maths is simple: I want students to understand why and how a method works, rather than just memorising formulas and answers. I explain topics step by step, use practical examples and then work through questions together before encouraging students to solve problems independently.

Every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons according to their level, confidence and goals. At the beginning, I identify the areas where the student is comfortable and the topics that need more attention. From there, we can focus on building strong foundations, practising questions and gradually progressing to more challenging problems.

I can support students with general Maths learning, homework, revision and GCSE exam preparation. I am patient and encourage students to ask questions whenever something is unclear. Making mistakes is part of learning, and I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable trying.
