As a Professional Coach I like to help my coachees create clarity of what they want to achieve and then use a structured approach to set actions to get them there!
My sessions comprise of an initial goal setting session where we help identify what you want to achieve. This could be anything you want, from improving your grades at school, to fitness and sports related goals, to starting a business or getting a promotion. From there we will work together to identify achievable actions that will help you get there and understand anything you do that may block you from achieving your goals.
My approach is based in neuroscience and I use techniques to help you understand how your brain works, how you form habits and stimulate insights. This way you will build more awareness around how you think and what works best for you to move forward and make progress. My sessions are energising and time flies! You will leave each session with clarity on how to move forward and how you can go about achieving your goals. I will summarise your goals and send you notes of each session to help you reflect. You will need to do the thinking in the sessions and take notes of any insights you have or any actions you will want to take. My coachees leave my sessions feeling enlightened, motivated and ready to take action. I will also share resources with you to help you on your journey to reaching your desired end state.
