Typically, lessons begin with a brief warm-up or review to activate prior knowledge and ease into the session. We then focus on core skills—speaking, listening, reading, writing—integrated with grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation practice. I use real-life materials, such as articles, videos, role-plays, and dialogues, to make the content relevant and engaging. For exam preparation, I incorporate targeted strategies and past papers to build both skill and confidence.

My approach is communicative and task-based, which means you’ll spend a lot of time actively using English in meaningful contexts. I give clear explanations, scaffold learning carefully, and provide detailed, constructive feedback so you always know how to improve.

With a degree in Linguistics and TESOL from Manchester Metropolitan University, I bring both academic knowledge and practical insight to my teaching. I understand how language works, and I can explain complex grammar and pronunciation in simple, accessible ways.
