My lessons cover Level 1 catering from basic theory up to allergen and intolerance theory. I prefer to be on the more fun and humorous side as it creates a brighter atmosphere for students and for better learning. An equal mix between theory and fun! Everyone learns differently so I make sure to discuss the students learning type (e.g. Visual, kinesthetic, audible etc) so I can do my best to accomodate them. I create my own worksheets and powerpoints to help students reinforce information learned. I have experience dealing with growing up around autism and dyslexia and want to create an equal learning environment for everyone. Never be afraid to tell me if you dont understand, learning is a trial and error process, its ok to be confused. Im a big fan of questions, if you have one ask away. Theres no such thing as a stupid question in my books! I like to make things as enjoyable as possible, cooking has always been one of my biggest passions and I enjoy every minute in the kitchen and I want to pass that on to other people as well. I love to see other people enjoying it too and wanting to develop their own personal skills too. Students with pets arent an issue either as I have no allergies.
