To Begin with my experiences are
1. working at a primary school seeing how teachers teach student ,I have learn how to talk with students in a way that they understand what you teaching them.

2.In addition to that I also learned that you need to look out for every student to make sure they understand,,because not all learners get it the first minute,,so I will gladly offer my time to help student.

3.Further on I will have to find out where the learners or student are so I can help them get to where they want to be,,because understand this" imagine we all on a tour in Africa we have a map, a tour bus or whatever, we no where are destination should be ,we have everything but we don't know where we are so we have I problem.

Moral of the story that am trying to say is this (I need to find out where the student at this point with the English ,So that I can know exactly where I have to start and to get us where we want to be.

To my fellow students I want you to know that you will be in great hands,,with me been given a chance and experience to help you into learning this great laugauge called English,,I will begin with teaching work words like your verbs,noun ,pro nouns ,also spelling and reading .
