I have 25 yrs experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have given workshops on issues such as P.T.S.D. Domestic Violence. Toxic Relationship with self and others. CBT for anxiety and social skills.

All my workshops are interactive and person centred with respect and non judgemental.
