I would describe myself as a compassionate and driven individual with a deep-rooted passion for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. My approach is built on a foundation of empathy and active listening, drawing on my professional background in Play Therapy to connect with young people in a way that feels safe, creative, and non-judgmental. Having also worked extensively in Staff Wellbeing, I understand the importance of a holistic support system and am dedicated to building resilience in others. My lessons are specifically aimed at young people navigating the complexities of modern life, from those struggling with the pressures of social media and academic stress to those simply looking for the confidence to find their voice.

I aim to provide you with a 'toolkit' of emotional intelligence and coping strategies, empowering you to transition from a place of uncertainty to one of self-belief and purpose.
In our sessions, online or in person, you can expect them to feel like a conversation, not a classroom. We will use interactive tools, creative check-ins, and evidence-based strategies to explore what’s on your mind. Each lesson is shaped by you; we might dive into managing emotions and developing coping strategies to support you with self regulation, building self-esteem, or life skills to further support you. Above all, you can expect a consistent, supportive tutor who celebrates your wins and helps you navigate the hurdles with confidence and clarity.
