About me

I help everyday people from all walks of life remember what it feels like to be alive and in love with life. So often, we let our experiences and certain narratives or beliefs hold us back from living our life in full confidence. We listen to the messages of the mind as it tries to keep us safe and comfortable, not wanting us to stretch our legs and run into new opportunities with wild abandon....
I help everyday people from all walks of life remember what it feels like to be alive and in love with life. So often, we let our experiences and certain narratives or beliefs hold us back from living our life in full confidence. We listen to the messages of the mind as it tries to keep us safe and comfortable, not wanting us to stretch our legs and run into new opportunities with wild abandon.

I use the tools of breathwork, flow writing (journaling), mindfulness, meditation, and even sometimes movement to help people, like you, move beyond the things that keep you stuck. I help you come into full presence so that you may remember what it means to be this vibrant and miraculous being that you are. I help you move through fear, anxiety, or overwhelm, so that you can see how to step back into your power with confidence.

Together we create space in your life for the things that you choose. We work on changing in-built behaviours and habits that no longer serve you. I help you see the brilliance in being exactly who you are so that you may feel the liberation of truly living in accordance with your authenticity, your true nature, and in alignment with all the things you choose to be a part of your lived experience.

Life as we know it is short. It can be cut even shorter without a moment's notice. Every moment is so precious and should be fully appreciated and enjoyed. It all starts within.
