I have had experience with AQA sociology, but I also able to adapt to other exam boards. After helping peers during a levels for exams, I structured classes based around my peer's needs and their weak points. I will take things either quickly or slowly depending on the students' needs. I have consistently gotten A's and high B's during my a level mocks and a high B for my final grade. I can help with answering questions and/or overall understanding of the content. I will provide homework if it is necessary and I have expertise in structuring 30 mark questions. I aim to make the sessions engaging as possible, whilst also keeping the mark scheme in mind. I am also able to provide valuable notes and proof-read questions the student has already answered. I am also able to help with GCSE sociology as I have helped younger family members with the subject before and they have greatly improved with my knowledge. I am willing to travel if the student prefers to have a one on one session, or if they are more comfortable with online sessions- I can also do that. In addition to all of this, I have been chosen of the Best Student of the Year Award 2024 by my college. I am currently studying at UCL doing a BA in Ancient Worlds. I achieved A*ABB in my a levels and got 6-8 grades at GCSE including english and maths. I look forward to helping and teaching students!
