Hi all! a bit about me:
I am currently predicted an A in Fine Art. I have completed numerous courses in Art history, including from Khan Academy and FutureLearn alongside extensive wider reading. I can help with Art GCSE, KS3, 2, and 1 and for general lessons in art history.
I also have a deep passion for sociology, being predicted an A*, I can confidently help any students with GCSE and A Level sociology. I have also completed extensive wider reading around these subjects .
about my lessons:
Students may come to me with any issues they are facing, and we will discuss a plan forward to ensure their success.
sociology:
I will help students with any concepts they are struggling to understand, helping them visually and verbally to ensure they grasp these difficult ideas, following this we will focus on exam technique, helping with any areas in need of improvement. I will provide students with all materials used in lessons, whether that be whiteboard screenshots or notes.
art:
For general art history, I will create PowerPoint presentations on certain periods or ideas, creating an interesting conversation and discussion and engage with the student about the art critically.
For Art GCSE, students can come to me with pieces they wish to improve, and I will give advice alongside the progression they wish to take, alongside artist and movement recommendations bespoke to each student.
For KS3 and below, I will create interesting prompts and try out new techniques designed to improve artistic skill alongside lessons in art history that are relevant and interesting, presented on powerpoints that will be provided to students even outside of lessons
