Karina Zakaeva

Hello! My name is Karina, and I am a native Russian speaker currently living in Milan. I have been teaching Russian to adults and university students for over three years, both in English and Italian.

My Teaching Approach:
My lessons are structured, progressive, and highly personalized. My main goal is to help you truly understand how the Russian language works, rather than just memorizing endless grammar rules. We will work on all key skills: grammar, conversation, reading, and listening. Step by step, we will build a solid foundation that allows you to communicate with confidence. My lessons are conducted entirely online, making them easily accessible from anywhere in the world.

Tailored to Your Goals:
Every student is different, so I adapt the program to your specific needs. Whether you want to study systematic grammar, improve your conversational skills, prepare for university exams, or learn Russian for personal or professional reasons, we will design the perfect path for you.

Materials and Dynamics:
I believe that learning should be engaging. I carefully select materials based on your interests and level. We will use authentic resources such as songs, films, and real texts. The manual is just a guide; it is not the only tool we will use. My lessons are interactive and designed to keep you motivated.

My Background:
I hold a degree in Letters and Slavic Languages from Moscow and am currently completing my Master's degree in Communication Studies at the University of Milan. Additionally, my experience in the editorial field allows me to explain even the most complex grammatical aspects in a clear and structured way.

If you would like to start or resume your Russian journey, I would be delighted to help you!
