Sessions are one-to-one and delivered online in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. We begin by understanding your goals and current challenges, then work through simple, effective techniques such as breathing exercises, grounding methods, emotional regulation, and reflection practices that can be used immediately in study and everyday situations.
My background includes working in high-pressure environments where emotional control, self-awareness, and clear thinking are essential. This experience allows me to teach mindfulness in a realistic and practical way, rather than in a purely theoretical or abstract style. I focus on techniques that are easy to apply during exams, deadlines, difficult conversations, or moments of stress.
Lessons are structured but flexible. We review progress regularly, adapt techniques as needed, and focus on building confidence, focus, and consistency over time. No prior experience with mindfulness is required.
My aim is to help students feel more in control, more focused, and better equipped to handle academic pressure and everyday challenges with clarity and confidence.
