Firstly I will try to gauge the students’ current English speaking abilities then I will use resources to start to build the students English speaking skills based on where they are currently at and I will make sure that new words and phrases are always reinforced.

I will also get them to say normal phrases and sentences in English that they would be expected to say in normal conversations with English speaking people.

I will also give them homework with resources and videos that they can watch so that they can continue to improve their English language skills whilst they are at home, this will ensure that our lessons are more effective.

I will also encourage the student to have general conversations with myself as this will help them to use the new words and phrases that they are learning in a real life conversation.

I will also use power point presentations for each lesson so that our lessons are more structured and so that each lesson have a focused aim. The student will also have access to these PowerPoints so that they can continue to learn then when they are at home.
