I have always loved science. For me, it was full of "eureka" moments, and I endeavour to create the same experiences for my students. I am passionate about teaching and helping others, and I love to see the spark in students' eyes when they truly understand something. This commitment drives my innovative and supportive classroom environment.

I have been teaching science in both independent and state sectors for the last twelve years. I believe the purpose of education is not just imparting a bunch of data, but to inculcate an ability to think critically with that data. I have worked as an examiner for both GCSE and A-level chemistry, gaining valuable insight into the assessment process and common student misconceptions. This experience allows me to guide students effectively through their academic journey.

My lessons are tailor-made. I first assess the student's current understanding and then identify specific difficulties they are encountering with the subject. I address these challenges using a simple, step-by-step approach, ensuring clarity and comprehension. I firmly believe that every student is capable, but they sometimes lack the tools for understanding. I help them by identifying their problems and encourage them to ask questions and gain practical knowledge. My focus is not just to help students secure higher marks, but to foster a full conceptual understanding of the subject. I do not believe in "spoon-feeding" and instead strive to develop students' ability to think independently with the information they receive, empowering them to become confident, analytical learners.
