Well as I am and IELTS mentor so I know what are the basic things we have to start. As if the basics are clear only then a student can reach to advance level. Even, it totally depend on the teacher proficiency how well they teach and understand the student requirements. The formats I use it depends on what level of student is going to learn if it is from beginning then we have to start from that course. The content of the lessons are totally based on originality how the words, writing, grammar is managed.
If I talked about my experience as a MENTOR it was really good because I was able to handle all type of students and was able to understand their level because if the teacher is able to understand student’s level only then we dan get the good results. So, in my perspective teaching is the major part of the student life as if we have a good teacher we can cope any situation and understand the things in a better version.
