Hello - My name is Juweria and I am currently a post graduate student of Human Cognitive Neuropsychology at the University of Edinburgh. I have over 3 years of experience working in both academic and clinical settings.
My tutoring approach is student-centered and personalized, as I believe that each student has unique strengths, needs, and learning styles. I work closely with my students to identify their goals, assess their strengths and weaknesses, and develop tailored strategies to enhance their learning and academic performance.
I have extensive knowledge and expertise in a variety of psychology topics, including but not limited to social psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, and research methods. I am proficient in using different teaching methods and tools, such as multimedia materials, interactive activities, and assessments, to help students master complex concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios.
In addition to my tutoring experience, I have also conducted research on various psychological topics and presented my findings at national and international conferences. This research experience allows me to help students understand and appreciate the scientific process, as well as to develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
Overall, as a psychology tutor, I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals, foster their intellectual curiosity, and build their confidence as learners and future professionals
in the field of psychology.
