I work online using interactive resources. I send worksheets via email. If you want to print them out to help you with your lesson you can have this resource. I usually start the lesson with a presentation style, for example, if we are learning about commas, I will read several sentences and have them up on screen. So giving you examples of what we are learning and explaining how we do it is in the beginning of the lesson. A kind of instruction / explanation time. I make it a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I give positive reinforcement and praise throughout the lesson. I also use colourful PowerPoints and interactive activities. I give you time for thinking and time for asking any questions and discussing things with me. I have a lot of experience teaching all stages in primary. I have done tutoring since 2019 and really enjoy it. I have my full GTC and PVG certificates. I am a fully qualified primary teacher. I have a postgraduate certificate in Support for Learning at masters level. I am qualified to teach English throughout secondary for support for learning. I also have a postgraduate diploma in Education at masters level. Recently I did a practitioner enquiry on how children develop skills in language and other areas through art. I enjoy incorporating art therapy into my lessons if this suits the pupil.
