I teach the student in a very friendly way. I believe all students are special and they have different learning style. At first I observe their learning style, their interest and abilities. Then, I make up mind about how to teach them in an effective way. I never force same teaching style to every student.

I always give priority to the student's demands. Because children learn in a playful ways. I like to adore them, care for them and be the best friend of them. I love to discover the potentiality the have and polish them. So that they can shine in life.

I believe, being a good student isn't enough. We must be a good human being also. So, my education isn't limited to the book knowledge only. I would like to inform them about good values and also introduce them to some other cultures of the world.

Getting highest number doesn't make a great student. A great student is that person who never give up and continuously keep trying. I want to make my students feel confident about themselves. They are special in their own way. So, they should never compare themselves with others.
