I recently graduated from Uganda Martyrs University with a bachelor's degree in secondary education. For the last one year, I've worked as a head of English language department teacher at St. Joseph’s SS Nkoni. This experience allowed me to interact with and support children with various abilities in their lessons and activities while teaching me new behavior management strategies. As an enthusiastic teacher, I'm dedicated to enabling growing young minds to achieve their goals. I'm confident my experience and teaching style can make me an asset to your school. I have taught English language for the past two years. I focus so much on the basics of English language that lead me to sharpen the learner’s listening and speaking skills. I teach English language through grammar translation method, The Audio Lingual Method, The Structural Approach, Total Physical Response, Communicative Language Teaching, Task Based Language Learning, The Lexical Approach. These methods help me to discover the abilities and strengths of learners. I am confident that my skills and passion for teaching would make me an excellent educator. In addition to having classroom experience, I possess strong organizational and communication skills, which are essential for successfully managing a learning environment. Above all, however, what makes me an ideal teacher is my dedication to the success of each individual student. Every child deserves the opportunity to find their own unique strengths and passions. It is my goal as a teacher always be there to help them discover these things within themselves to have a successful learning.
