I am someone who is looking to teach students who are struggling in O level or A level mathematics. I am someone who is able to personalize my learning style based on how a student learns best. This requires hard work, patience and a good understanding of the subject. I want my students to enjoy the process of learning.

I have been competing in Mathematics Olympiads since I was young. I attribute my interest and success in these competition to my teachers. They took the effort to stay back after school to teach mathematics beyond the regular school curriculum to train us for these competitions. If it weren't for the teachers who simplified these high level concepts into easy to understand and enjoyable lessons then I wouldn't have competed in these competitions. I ended up receiving an Honorable Mention in the Senior Category for the Singapore Mathematics Olympiad.

I had a small taste of teaching through my experience as a guitar tutor and I enjoyed it despite it requiring a lot of patience and hard work to understand the student and help them enjoy the process of learning.
