My lessons are interactive and flexible, shaped around your goals and interests. I like to keep a balance between structure and spontaneity: we follow a clear lesson plan, but there’s always space for natural conversation and questions. Depending on your needs, lessons can focus on speaking practice, grammar, academic English, or everyday communication.

I draw on my experience teaching over 900 high school students in Japan and supporting English classes for refugees in London. Those very different contexts taught me that every learner needs something slightly different, sometimes encouragement to speak up, sometimes careful explanation, sometimes just a safe space to practise without fear of mistakes.

What you can expect in my lessons is variety, encouragement, and steady progress. I bring in creative activities, adapt materials to your level, and always aim to make English learning feel both practical and enjoyable.
