I am currently enrolled in an Integrated Masters Course in Computer Science at Lancaster University, I've studied Maths from GCSEs to A-Levels and even did a year of Maths in university. I have taught GCSE and A-Level Mathematics in the past, my main method of tutoring is by working through exam papers and past-paper style questions as this is the best way to gain confidence and familiarity when doing exam questions. I use Google Classroom for lessons and OneNote as a virtual notebook, all work is accessible to my students to look through in their own time. I find that being able to practice questions outside of tutoring helps students a lot so I can also set homework via email or Dr Frost (an online learning platform used by math's teachers and students). As for my teaching style, I try and let students solve problems for themselves before interfering and I have no problem with going over questions multiple times, the goal is for my students to understand how to solve problems in an exam setting; without any outside help.
