As a dedicated A-level student currently studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, I bring strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for helping younger students succeed. Although I am 17 and new to formal tutoring, I have a solid academic foundation, a history of high achievement in Mathematics—including a Gold Award in the UKMT Senior Maths Challenge—and experience explaining mathematical ideas clearly to classmates. I believe every student can enjoy Maths once concepts are broken down in a way that makes sense to them, and my lessons are designed around that philosophy.

My online lessons are highly interactive, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs. I begin by identifying the student’s current level, strengths, and areas for improvement. We then set clear goals together, whether that’s building confidence, mastering specific GCSE topics, or preparing for tests. During each session, I use digital whiteboards, step-by-step explanations, practice questions, and guided problem-solving. I encourage students to talk through their reasoning so that I can spot misunderstandings early and help them develop strong mathematical thinking skills.

Rather than simply giving answers, I focus on teaching methods and techniques that empower students to work independently. My lessons are supportive and patient, and I always adjust the pace to each learner. I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.
