My lessons are flexible and tailored to each student’s needs. I work one-to-one, focusing on building confidence and understanding in German. I’m happy to teach students of all ages, whether at school or learning German later in life. Lessons may include reading, grammar exercises, vocabulary practice, and conversational activities, depending on the student’s goals. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

Although I haven’t formally taught before, I have a strong academic background in both English and German, having completed my A-levels in Germany with top grades in both subjects. My language knowledge spans the basics and a wide range of topics and areas of interest, from everyday situations to academic subjects and cultural topics. I plan to adapt my approach depending on each student’s learning style, offering clear explanations, practical examples, and being open to feedback to make lessons more effective.

I am flexible with lesson format and scheduling and aim to collaborate with students to structure sessions that suit their objectives. Activities may include exercises, reading, discussions, listening practice, and interactive language tasks, all designed to strengthen understanding, build vocabulary, and develop confidence.

I enjoy exploring language in practical ways, encouraging students to apply what they learn in conversations and real-life contexts. My goal is to help learners feel motivated and supported while improving their skills gradually and enjoyably. I’m excited to help students develop their German skills, build confidence, and enjoy learning, while supporting them every step of the way. I am enthusiastic about creating lessons that are interesting, adaptable, and relevant, so each student can make meaningful progress and gain satisfaction from their learning journey.
