I use Google doc and spreadsheet to keep track the lessons. Homework/Area of Improvement/ Topics are some examples of information on the Google. I set strict rules for learners to follow. For example for completing homework, record a reading passage or analysis a topic read are importance of self disciplinary skills needed for such tasks. Pre preparation before lesson is also an essential to save waiting time. Most importantly, internet must be working well throughout the entire lesson.
