Josefina Bauducco

Hi! I’m Josefina, a qualified English teacher with a five-year university degree in English Language Teaching and several years of experience helping people improve their English and confidence.

What makes my approach different is that English is not only something I have studied or taught — it is the language I use every day in my professional life. For the past five years, I have worked in an international company, communicating with people from different countries, leading meetings, managing international projects, giving presentations, writing professional communications, and collaborating with global teams.

This experience has shown me that real Business English is often very different from what we learn in textbooks.

My lessons are designed around you and the situations you actually face: speaking up in a meeting, communicating your ideas clearly, preparing for a job interview, giving a presentation, working with international colleagues, or simply feeling more confident when English becomes part of your professional life.

And for me, confidence matters just as much as vocabulary and grammar. I want you to feel comfortable making mistakes, finding your voice, and gradually realizing: I can actually do this.

English shouldn’t be something that holds you back. It should be a tool that takes you further.

The career — and life — you want might be one language away. Let’s work on it together.
