My experience in English language teaching includes eight years at college level (adult students), and my training experience (fluency, voice & accent, IELTS and OET) spans nearly 17 years.
Based in England for the last one year, now I focus exclusively on training Asian adult learners in fluency and voice & accent to help them in their career progression.
My classes are either individually or in groups less than 7 members. I assess the language level of the trainee, identify their speech barriers and guide them in remedial drills and exercises via virtual, online, interactive Zoom sessions at regular intervals, covering 60 hours in three months. The training programme is entirely practice-based, and it is ensured that the trainee makes, and consolidates, progress week after week.
