Hi, my lessons and engaging and effective. I am respectful, responsible with regards to the needs of the students, proud of student success and provide clear role modelling of excellent work. I have experience with providing a welcoming experience and encouraging students to push themselves. While teaching I have had the opportunity to learn, experiment and implement a wide variety of content. Planning and implementing effective, often with time constraints, lessons is an important skill of mine as I am able to trace each students learning journey. I have developed and implemented extensive diagnostic, formative and summative assessments as well as in-depth feedback for students.
