I am a teacher with a PGCE Teaching degree and a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree. I teach and support students in:
Business Studies - BTEC Level 2 and 3, Business Studies A Level and GCSE (OCR and Edexcel)
Computing - KS3
Maths - KS3
Photography projects or assignments
I would aim to provide my learners with a wider perspective on their studies, by sharing my own skills in research, solving problems and analysis.
So if you need help with financial, economic or strategic questions I can help. I would listen to my learners so I can help them in developing their own answers and expanding their interest in the subject.
I can also support learners for GCSE Business and also Key Stage 3 Maths and Computing. I have taught KS3 Maths using the "White Rose" online Maths curriculum. I have also taught KS3 computing at several different schools both in mainstream and at a special needs school.
I have developed activities and fun challenges for coding with the BBC Micro:bit and in Python.

I am also creative and I majored in marketing. One of my hobbies is digital photography. I have a Diploma in Professional Photography and I am an enthusiast in this subject and experienced taking pictures across a wide-range of genres.

I enjoy working with people of all ages, young. I am a father and now my children are at a stage where they are taking their next steps towards Higher Education so I understand the pressures and demands that young learners face.

I would seek to make my lessons relevant to the current business environment by looking at case studies of successful businesses both locally and internationally. We would prepare for exams by completing lots of practice questions from past papers. I would seek to make my lessons as interesting as possible.
