I graduated in Physics from the University of Oxford and have 20 plus years experience as a Physics teacher, including working as an Examiner for AQA. My online tutoring is more flexible and personal than classroom teaching, so that I offer the student individually tailored tuition to address their strengths and needs.

It's a great way for the student to get extra support for revision, to cover missed class time and to prepare for exams.

For younger studentsI am likely to work with interactive simulations of experiments, video demonstrations, textbook and whiteboard simulations. During the class or as homework there will be questions to solve.

Closer to an examination we will study past paper questions and mark schemes to understand what the examiner is looking for and how to maximise your performance. We can work on weaknesses can be worked on and iron out problems.

I can help with particular needs such as preparation for the Physics Aptitude Test (PAT) for University entrance, or Internal Assessments and Extended Essays for IB students.

I am a UK-based Oxford Physics graduate with over twenty years classroom experience teaching A Level Maths and Physics and International Baccalaureate (IB) Physics. I have also been an examiner for Edexcel and for AQA.

I now teach entirely on line,focusing primarily on A Level, IB and GCSE Physics, and I have students across the world from Alaska and Brazil through UK and Europe to Hong Kong and China.
