Welcome all!

My name is Jon and I have a business past that spans everything from warehouse and factory work as a teenager to nursing recruitment, contract procurement, business development, financial advice, and for the last nearly 18 years running a childcare business as a family run concern with my wife.

Business success is not just about monetary gain, nor is it just making people happy, but true success is (in my opinion) in finding your niche and your skills to be able to do both, make people happy and succeed personally in doing so, setting standards and raising the bar as you go.

I specialise in areas such as trouble shooting and business planning, helping people focus on the goals they need to achieve by working on the tools needed to succeed in any given area. Whilst no one person may have every answer, the breadth of experience I have from years in business means I can use those to benefit both those working for a company now, those looking to start out running their own company and those studying with a view to succeeding in business in the future equally.

I pride myself on running businesses that benefits not just one party, but everyone involved on all sides including the other team players and the buyers of those services, but in understanding the need to deliver and succeed I feel that the core values of business being able to benefit everyone is at the heart of true and ongoing success.
