My lessons are modular and sensitive to the needs and wants of each student.

I will always support each lesson with visual aids and tasks designed to stimulate the learning process and reinforce that process. I like students to see a defined track of development and improvement throughout the learning curve.

Each module will be underpinned by a multiple choice question session which will enable the student to be provided with a pass score. If the pass score is not achieved the the opportunity is then created to revisit the module in order to achieve mastery.

I have used this process as both a diving instructor and ski instructor and there is a transferable element to the process.

The student can also assess their own development and can formulate questions prompting different views on how to successfully achieve mastery of each module.
