I first learn about a student - what he or she wants to achieve from the tutoring sessions, what topics to be covered, what material is being used in the classroom. We can then tailor and schedule lessons based on the needs of the student.

I try to supplement the material the student already has with other online sources, so the student can develop a library of online resoure sites and material to access once the tutoring process is complete.

If a tutoring session cannot be completed in person, then I will use either Microsoft Teams or Zoom to conduct the session.
