One of my pet hates is for a tutor to stand in front of you and just regurgitate facts, hence my approach tends to favour a more informal guided discussion, the biggest benefit being that the student gets involved and solves the problem at hand with guidance, but gets a solid feel for the satisfaction of achieving the right goals, and because of that they get a better understanding. I believe that a tutorial must have structure and targets otherwise how can you measure success?. I use multiple methods for delivery and will give a real time scenario approach where appropriate. I will use up to date technology and will give first hand experience where possible of business systems that are currently in use
