As a coach and mentor with extensive lived experience of neurodivergence and addiction recovery, my approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and practical insight. I understand the challenges that come with navigating life, relationships, and career, and I use this knowledge to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where students feel comfortable exploring their potential.
My lessons are designed to be interactive, with a focus on building resilience, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. I combine coaching techniques with peer-support dynamics, encouraging open discussions, reflection, and skill-building exercises. Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs of my students, ensuring that they are supported in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Drawing from my background in overcoming life’s challenges despite neurodivergence and addiction, I provide practical tools and strategies that are not only grounded in theory but are also tested and proven in real life. My qualifications, alongside my lived experience, give me a unique perspective on the difficulties many face and how to overcome them.
I believe that personal growth comes from both self-reflection and action. My teaching methods combine motivational techniques, structured learning, and a focus on building long-term positive habits. I strive to empower my students to not only succeed but to thrive in all aspects of life, mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
Through compassionate mentorship, I help students transform their challenges into strengths, guiding them on a path to sustainable success.
