I offer personalised sessions for students who feel overwhelmed, distracted, or under pressure in their studies. My approach combines yoga, meditation, and simple, science-based habit strategies to support focus, structure, and emotional balance.

We might work with short breathing techniques to calm your nervous system before studying, gentle movement to release tension, or practical tools to help you create structure in your day. The focus is always on small, realistic changes that are easy to implement and actually stick.
Rather than pushing for perfection, I help you build consistency. When your nervous system feels safer and more regulated, it becomes easier to concentrate, make decisions, and follow through on what you plan to do. Over time, this creates a sense of control and confidence in your studies.
