Joelle Buick

Hello my name Joelle, and my area of teaching is GCSE Science. My lessons are tailored to your learning style whilst being interactive and engaging. A typical lesson will include: practice tests, exam preparations, active recall, interactive diagrams and quizes, practical applications, discussion and Q & A. I will begin by recognising your current level of understanding within GCSE science, identifying your strengths and weaknesses and build upon this. I understand how daunting science can be, I hope to change this narrative for you, just as it was changed for me not too long ago! As someone who completed GCSE's and A Level exams not too long ago, I can relate to struggles with focus, concept understanding and exam pressures. This means that I am familiar with many revision strategies, shortcuts and modern resources.
