I offer calm, supportive and student-focused sessions designed to help young people build emotional awareness, confidence and resilience. My approach is centred on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where students feel listened to, understood and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived experience of overcoming significant personal challenges at a young age. This has given me a strong understanding of how stress, low confidence, lack of direction and feeling misunderstood can impact motivation and wellbeing. I use this insight to connect with students in an authentic and relatable way, while keeping sessions structured, supportive and forward-focused.

Sessions are tailored to each individual and typically focus on emotional intelligence, mindset, motivation, stress management and self-belief. I help students reflect on their thoughts and behaviours, develop practical coping strategies, and build routines that support both wellbeing and learning. Rather than pressure or criticism, I use encouragement, structure and clear goal-setting to help students move forward with confidence.

I have experience supporting young people who feel overwhelmed, unmotivated or unsure of themselves, and I understand that confidence and emotional wellbeing play a huge role in academic and personal progress. My style is approachable, patient and practical, helping students develop skills they can apply in everyday life, school and future challenges.

Online sessions are relaxed but purposeful, with a strong emphasis on trust, communication and steady progress. My aim is always to help students feel more confident in themselves, better equipped to manage pressure, and more positive about their own potential.
