I have 29 years of teaching English. 5 years teaching EFL in Italy and the rest in the UK. In the UK I worked at two secondary schools as Head of Sixth Form and teaching English KS3 to KS5. For the last 7 years I worked in a college of FE where I taught mainly A levels - English Literature and English language and literature as well as teaching GCSE English language resit students. I love teachin...
I have 29 years of teaching English. 5 years teaching EFL in Italy and the rest in the UK. In the UK I worked at two secondary schools as Head of Sixth Form and teaching English KS3 to KS5. For the last 7 years I worked in a college of FE where I taught mainly A levels - English Literature and English language and literature as well as teaching GCSE English language resit students. I love teaching and students have commentated on how lively and enjoyable my lessons are. My classroom was always full of books for students to borrow which I really encouraged.
I love attending the Stroud Book Festival, the Cheltenham Festival of Literature and the Hay - on- Wye festivals and would always return from theses festivals with stories of which authors I had met and books that I had signed.
