Highly experienced journalist and editor, EMCC-accredited coach specialising in emotional wellbeing, published author of nine fiction novels, storytelling expert and writing coach.

Our sessions are fun, friendly and designed to draw out the best in you. We will work out what you want and then what’s getting in the way of you getting it! I ask great questions to spark new ideas and insights in you. Our sessions will be a blend of coaching conversations, goal setting, active listening and creative writing activities. You don’t need to be ‘creative’ to coach with me, it’s more about problem solving, using imagination and seeing things in a different way.

I am full insured and DBS checked. Sessions are confidential subject to the standard coaching contract. Typically I recommend six sessions, which are 50 minutes each.
